Awesome job. Matt was selected from a group of 3 agents who all viewed the property on the same day. Matt was the only agent who came fully prepared. Excellent application and approval process. We were inspecting properties on the Wednesday and had another agent cancel an inspection last minute. Checking on domain.com.au, we identified that Doyle Spillane had listed a new apartment that morning and had an open inspection scheduled later that day. We inspected the apartment, performed the seamless application via 2apply using the same details previously used for other applications, and received a call from the team the following day (Thursday) letting us know we had been approved. Thanks to their extensive usage of digital platforms, we were able to pay our deposit and bond and sign the lease on Friday, then pay the second week, pick up the keys, and move in on the Saturday. From the original inspection to finalising the condition report, everything has been a smooth experience and fully digital (outside inspection + picking up physical keys). Future reviews will be required once we have experience with the managing agent and eventually when moving out, however the initial experience with the team at Doyle Spillane has been perfect so far.

Matt and his team were truely exceptional . Matt, right the way through the proceedings, was patient and worked with us through some tough situations and unexpected roadblock's without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm and collected mindset kept our anxieties at bay and gave us the confidence he would get the job done. Obviously, making an informed decision was the most important part in the selling of our ‘pride and joy’ home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations, was such a comfort which made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Should we be looking to buy or sell again we would not hesitate to use Matt and his exceptional assistant Melanie. Thank you guys - it was an absolute pleasure!

Steve was easily the best agent I have dealt with whilst looking for my first property for almost a year. He is very professional and made the process of purchasing my first unit a breeze! Awesome Agent. What can I say, Steve was realistic and spot on with his price estimation and marketing proposal. Everything he stated was delivered, he is a great communicator and negotiator to get the price we wanted and the market was paying, not over inflating price guides like other agents. He left no stone unturned before, during and after each open, keeping us well informed of every action happening with the sale. A great professional bloke that delivered a great result.
